Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to help and resolve any issues should you be unhappy for any reason at all with your item(s).  We aim to resolve as easily and quickly as possible working together with the customer at all times.

Returns Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 24 hours to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items Due to the nature of natural gemstones, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged after receipt.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
