Moldavite was created around 14.7 million years ago, when a huge asteroid hit the Earth. It is believed to have crashed into 'Nordlinger Ries Crater' in Germany. The high pressure of the collision caused the Earth to melt, forming this glass like material, now known as Moldavite.
The force of the impact sent this newly formed Moldavite flying many miles, with a huge amount of it landing in Czech Republic. This is where most of the genuine moldavite is found today.
Moldavite comes under the 'TEKTITE' family. (It is not a crystal). A Tektite is the name given to a unique type of glass created during ancient meteorite strikes on Earth.. While it is believed that crystals can absorb negative energies and can be used to amplify chosen desires, ideas and traits. Moldavite radiates it's very own high frequency / intense energy.
Moldavite is known as 'the stone of transformation'. Many believe that it was no accident that it landed on Earth. That it came here to help the planet rise above it's current state and to eventually bring the planet into love and light.
